· £35,000 – £40,000
· Permanent, Full Time 35 hours per week

· Based in Hulme, Manchester – travel to schools across Greater Manchester

Due to successful engagement with new schools we’re looking to appoint an enthusiastic Technical Lead to provide to deliver high quality technical project work, alongside efficient technical support to One Education’s customer base. Deliver 3rd line technical support, as well as being a technical escalation point for both 1st and 2nd line technical support staff and is a senior authority in all core technical areas, with a focus on servers, networking, infrastructure and security.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an IT Consultant, showcasing a strong understanding of IT systems and their applications.
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and network problems effectively.
- Microsoft Server 2016/2019/2022
- M365 Migrations – SharePoint/One Drive/Teams
- Server migrations and installs.
- Firewall installations and problem solving
- Switches – Installs/problem solving/VLAN Configuration
