- £32,140 for Newly Qualified Therapists (Pro rata per annum)
- Permanent, full time 35 hours per week (annualised hours 39 weeks within Term Time)

Based in Manchester, One Education is one of the largest education support companies in England. Due to successful engagement with new schools in new locations we are looking to employ Speech and Language Therapists to join our team from September 2025. This exciting opportunity is suitable for newly qualified and experienced therapists. You will be HCPC registered and a member of RCSLT. You will be a confident autonomous practitioner who has a passion for working with children, being child-centred and committed to achieving the best for children and young people.
We work in Primary, Secondary and Special schools across Manchester and surrounding boroughs.
Experience of capability and capacity building within schools, along with delivering training are both crucial for this role. Knowledge and experience of issues around social inclusion is also of paramount importance.
If you are a newly qualified therapist, you will receive regular support and supervision this includes 1 day per week that is protected for support from colleagues, case discussion and CPD.
As the role requires travel within Greater Manchester, you will need to have a full driving license and access to your own vehicle.
