Headteacher Performance Management

The governing body has a statutory duty to monitor and manage the performance of the Headteacher on an annual basis. With the needs of children at the forefront of our strategy and vision, One Education will work with you to review the headteacher’s performance and identify opportunities for future development in line with school priorities.

Our advisers are equipped with the knowledge and expertise to guide you through the appraisal process, with many years’ experience supporting leadership and school development.

We will support you with preparation of documentation, appraisal meetings, setting objectives, writing reports, and continuing an ongoing dialogue between the headteacher and governors.
