LEAD – One Education’s Leadership Network offers three days of CPD, Networking and updates across the academic year. Each day explores current topics that will allow you to discuss with colleagues whilst developing your knowledge and expertise of leading a school in the current educational landscape. Opportunities for bespoke work with highly experienced consultants, specialists and School Development professionals and previous Head teachers form an integral part of this training; enabling you to discuss your own present issues of school development, HR, governance and more. Through discussion and interactions, participants have the time to look at their individual situation, crucial relationships, leadership challenges, where to look for help and support, and how to create effective networks. There will be the opportunity to work alongside others in the same situation and to use the knowledge and experience of the course facilitators. There will also be the chance to set up a networking group between delegates for support between sessions.
