We are delighted to announce that the One Education Singarounds for Years 1 and 2 will take place on Monday 3rd March, 2025. This year we are delighted to be hosting the Singarounds in the Cosmo Rodewald Concert Hall at the Martin Harris Centre. This concert hall is at the centre of Manchester University’s campus on Oxford Road situated behind the Manchester Museum. Whitworth Art Gallery, Whitworth Park, the Victoria Baths, Elizabeth Gaskill’s House as well as Mayfield Park are all within easy walking distance.
Schools can choose to attend the morning or the afternoon session.
Songs and warm ups for the Singarounds have been specially selected, ensuring the material is inspiring and fun for the different age and ability ranges, supporting the development of singing in the primary school. Before the event, songs and teaching resources will be sent into schools so that teachers can begin to enjoy learning the songs with their classes. We will also be offering Singaround visits to schools, so our team of singing teachers can visit you in your schools to support children and teachers with the learning of the songs.
